Once reselling becomes a business, income and expenses have to be recorded, invoices issued to business buyers and, in many countries, figures prepared for a tax return or a platform reporting rule such as DAC7. The tools here are general bookkeeping and invoicing services, not resale-specific ones: none of them reads your marketplace sales for you on the pages we checked. This page lists each with the plan prices read on the vendor's own page, the country it serves and the language of its interface. It is not tax advice.

How to choose

• Country and language: a French or German tool follows local invoicing and bookkeeping rules, a US tool does not
• E-invoicing support, which is becoming mandatory in several EU countries
• Invoice and user limits on the free or entry plan
• Bank sync and receipt capture, which cut the manual entry of many small sales
• Whether your accountant or tax advisor can access the data or receive an export
