Platforms and features
Features the pricing page lists:
- Invoices, estimates and bills
- Bookkeeping records
- Bank transaction import on the paid plan
- Receipt capture to track expenses
- Online payment links
- A mobile app for invoicing
Wave is accounting and invoicing software, so it records money in and money out; it does not know what a marketplace sale is unless you enter it. For a reseller that means a monthly routine: export or copy sales and fees from each marketplace, record them as income and expense, and use receipt capture for purchases of stock and supplies. The free Starter plan covers the records, and the paid plan automates the bank import, so the Pro price buys time rather than new reports. Because prices are in USD and CAD, it reads as a tool for North American businesses; EU sellers who need VAT handling should look at a locally built option such as Pennylane or sevDesk.
Who it is for, and who it is not for
Good fit: A reseller in the US or Canada who sells on their own shop or invoices business buyers and wants a free bookkeeping tool to record income and expenses.
Poor fit: A seller who needs VAT filing or EU e-invoicing, since the page reads as US and Canadian, and anyone who needs resale-specific inventory or margin reports.

How it pairs with Resale IQ
Wave records income and expenses. It does not tell you what to buy: Resale IQ does that before purchase with a BUY, WATCH or SKIP signal and a maximum price. This is not tax advice.
