Service provided

Resale IQ is a subscription market-analytics tool for secondhand resellers. It summarizes publicly available resale-market data. It does not sell goods, hold stock, or act as an intermediary in any transaction between buyers and sellers.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We never receive or store your full card details. Prices are final consumer prices: any VAT that applies is included, and nothing is added at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

• Subscriptions (Starter, Pro): our 30-day refund covers your withdrawal in full. Email support@resaleiq.dev within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment.
• Weekly pass:
  • You can withdraw within 14 days of the day it started (day 14 included).
  • We then end it and refund every payment you made for it in full. For example, if you withdraw on day 10, you get both €4.99 payments back.
  • The refund is made to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your withdrawal and at no cost to you.
  • After day 14, you can still ask for a refund of your first payment up to 30 days after that payment.
• Digital products (the Buy-Below Sheet, the lot valuation and any one-off data product): full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Shop offers (the Pilot audit, the Stock pricing audit and the Weekly price list for shops): full refund of your first payment within 30 days.
• Founding Lifetime (no longer sold): access started immediately only if the buyer expressly requested it and acknowledged at checkout that the right of withdrawal is lost once access has been provided; a buyer can still ask for a full refund within 30 days of that payment.
• Tax pack: access starts immediately only if the buyer expressly asked for it and acknowledged at checkout that the right of withdrawal ends once the files are available; the buyer can still ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase (Terms, section 9).

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

Complaints & dispute resolution

Please contact us first at support@resaleiq.dev: most issues are resolved quickly. If you are an EU consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can contact the consumer authority or an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in your country, or the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) for cross-border help. (The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025.)

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing here removes the mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your own country of residence within the EU.

All content, data compilations, scoring methodology, and branding on this site belong to the operator and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
