Caveat: this is a lower bound. The crawler re-reads the top of each shelf, so listings that linger are under-represented (97.2% of observed departures fall within 24 hours). Read it as a ranking between brands, not as a time to sale.

Month-on-month movers

Month-on-month movers: not published yet. September 2026 is the first complete month of departure tracking (it began on 30 August 2026), so there is no earlier month to compare with. Movers in median asking price and demand index arrive with the next edition and will appear as extra columns in the CSV.

Method

  • Source: our crawler re-reads public Vinted shelves in France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Portugal about every 30 minutes and records which listings disappear. Period: departures observed from 1 to 30 September 2026. Listing totals counted on 5 October 2026.
  • Filters: tracked fashion brands only, deleted listings and the catch-all category excluded, departures whose brand does not match the shelf that ended them dropped, one item counted once per market (once overall in the all-markets figures). A table cell needs at least 30 observed departures; brand comparisons across markets need at least 100.
  • Price stats use the last asking price we saw, converted to euro. They are asking prices, not what anyone paid. Under-€20 and €100-plus shares use the per-market counts (30,314 observed departures).
  • Speed stats (the last two stats) measure the hours between the first time we saw a listing and the moment we saw it leave, for the 29,914 departures where both times exist. Because the crawler reads the top of each shelf, listings that linger are under-represented: 97.2% of observed departures fall within 24 hours. Read speed as a ranking between brands, not as a time to sale.
  • Coverage was uneven inside the month: 80.2% of September's observed departures fall between 1 and 15 September. Shares compare brands inside one month and one sample; they are not shares of the whole Vinted market.

Questions about this data

What is an observed departure?

A listing that our crawler saw on a public Vinted shelf and later saw leave it. A listing can leave because it sold, but also because the seller deleted or hid it, so we do not call departures sales. Prices are the last asking price we saw, not what anyone paid.

Why does this cover five markets?

Resale IQ tracks Vinted in France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Portugal. Every figure on this page is limited to those five markets. We do not publish data for markets we do not crawl.

How do I cite this data?

Use: Resale IQ, "What sold on Vinted in September 2026", resaleiq.dev/data/vinted-september-2026 (CC BY 4.0). The data is free to reuse under CC BY 4.0 with attribution and a link back to https://resaleiq.dev/data/vinted-september-2026.

Why are there no month-on-month movers?

September 2026 is the first complete month of departure tracking (it began on 30 August 2026), so there is no earlier month to compare with. Movers arrive with the next edition.
