1. What Resale IQ is
Resale IQ is a market-analytics tool that summarizes publicly available resale-market data to help sellers make sourcing and pricing decisions. All signals, scores, verdicts, and authenticity estimates are informational and probabilistic — they are not guarantees, financial advice, or determinations of authenticity.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email and be at least 18 years old.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe, weekly, monthly or yearly depending on the billing period you choose. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are final consumer prices. Any VAT that applies is included, and nothing is added at checkout.
Free trial without a card: while we offer it, an account that has a confirmed email, is not on Starter or Pro and has never had a paid plan, a Weekly pass or a free trial can start a 7-day Pro trial without a card, once per person. We may refuse it if the email address is disposable or if several trials have already started from the same connection in the last 24 hours.
We may stop offering it at any time; a trial already started runs to its end. Nothing is charged: at the end the account goes back to Free unless you add a card, and if you add one during the trial for Starter or Pro, no charge is taken before the trial ends.
Free trial at checkout: if it is your first subscription and you have not already had a free trial (with or without a card), your subscription starts with a free trial of up to 7 days; this applies to Starter and Pro bought at checkout. You pay with any method shown at checkout, and we email a reminder 3 days before that trial ends. If you cancel before it ends you pay nothing; otherwise the first charge is taken when the trial ends. Without a trial, the first charge is taken at checkout.
Automatic renewal: paid plans renew by themselves for the same period (week, month or year) at the price shown at checkout until you cancel in your account. Cancelling stops the next charge, and access continues to the end of the period already paid. Introductory price: if a plan is offered at a reduced price for its first period (for example a first-year discount code), the checkout shows that price and the full price the plan renews at, and from the second period it renews at the full price until you cancel.
Weekly pass: €4.99 a week for 25 checks a week; it renews every week until you cancel.
Refunds: email support@resaleiq.dev within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. Digital products (the Buy-Below Sheet, the lot valuation and any one-off data product): email support@resaleiq.dev within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Shop offers (the Pilot audit, the Stock pricing audit and the Weekly price list for shops): email support@resaleiq.dev within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. No conditions.
Right of withdrawal
You also have the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.
- Subscriptions (Starter, Pro): the 30-day refund above covers your withdrawal in full.
- Weekly pass:
- You can withdraw within 14 days of the day it started (day 14 included).
- We then end it and refund every payment you made for it in full. For example, if you withdraw on day 10, you get both €4.99 payments back.
- The refund is made to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your withdrawal and at no cost to you.
- After day 14, you can still ask for a refund of your first payment up to 30 days after that payment.
- One-off digital products: the 14-day refund above covers your withdrawal.

4. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape the data provided through Resale IQ, nor use it to build a competing dataset. Automated bulk access outside the provided API is prohibited.
5. No guarantee of results
Signals, scores and verdicts are estimates from public market data, which can be incomplete or delayed, and results depend on things outside our control. We do not promise any sale, price or profit, and the buying, sourcing and selling decisions you make are your own. This does not limit your legal rights as a consumer: if the service does not work as described, you are entitled to have it fixed, or to a price reduction or a refund, and nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. We email you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before that date at no cost and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you keep your plan after that date, the new terms apply to it.
7. Complaints
Write to support@resaleiq.dev and we reply within 2 business days. If you are not satisfied, the European Consumer Centre in your country gives free help.
8. Founding Lifetime (offer closed)
Founding Lifetime was a limited offer of up to 20 licences, sold for one payment of EUR 99 until 23 October 2026 (23:59, Europe/Madrid). It is closed and no longer sold; these terms stay in force for the accounts that bought it. There is no renewal and no further charge. "Lifetime" means the Pro plan for the account that bought it for as long as we operate Resale IQ as a service; if we discontinue the service we will tell you by email in advance. The licence is personal, one per account and not transferable, and the features included in Pro may change. Access started immediately, and only if the buyer expressly requested it and acknowledged at checkout that the right of withdrawal is lost once access has been provided. You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of this payment. The full offer terms are on the Founding Lifetime page.
9. Tax pack
The tax pack is a one-time digital product: one payment of EUR 29 for one tax year (2026 or 2025), with no renewal and nothing to cancel. From your own ledger it gives you that year's accountant CSV and country sheet (France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands or Poland) as downloads from your account. The files are built from the rows you marked sold, and the country sheet shows each rule with its official source. Access starts immediately, and only if you expressly asked for it and acknowledged at checkout that your right of withdrawal ends once the files are available. You can email support@resaleiq.dev within 14 days of purchase for a full refund; after a full refund or a payment dispute the files stop being available. A second payment for a year you already hold is refused. The price is final: any VAT that applies is included.
10. Who we are / provider information
Resale IQ is an independent service based in Spain. Provider information required by Spanish law (LSSI-CE art. 10) is in the legal notice. For anything else, email support@resaleiq.dev.
