Five tabs
- Start: how to use it in five steps.

- Dashboard: monthly profit chart, best brands by net profit, slowest unsold stock.

- Fees: an editable fee table for 20+ marketplaces, the same rates as the Resale IQ fee calculators.
How to use it
- Press Make a copy and pick your language. Google asks you to sign in; the copy goes to your Drive.
- On Inventory, delete the sample rows (marked sample).
- Add each item with buy price and date. Choose the platform from the list.
- When it sells, add the sale price, sale date and shipping. The grey columns do the rest.
- Check Dashboard once a week and DAC7 counter every month.
Fees worked out for you
Each platform's commission, payment processing and per-order fees sit in the Fees tab, with the source page and the date we read it. We checked the formulas against the Resale IQ fee engine on 264 test cases and they match to the cent. Fee pages change, so edit the table when they do. Vinted charges buyers, not sellers, so private Vinted sales show no seller fee.
DAC7 counter
In the EU, a platform reports you to the tax authority if you make 30 or more sales, or receive more than EUR 2,000, on that platform in a calendar year. The counter groups your sales by platform and shows how close you are. It is information, not tax advice; rules differ by country.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Copy it, change it, keep it. The only thing in it for us is the small "Made with Resale IQ" link in the header.
Do I need a Google account?
To make your own editable copy, yes: Google needs to know whose Drive to save it in. The preview link works without one.
Can Resale IQ see my sales?
No. Your copy is a separate file in your Drive. We cannot open it unless you share it with us.
Which marketplaces are covered?
Vinted, eBay, Depop, Etsy, Vestiaire Collective, Mercari, Poshmark, Grailed and more, in the Fees tab. Pick "Other" for any platform not listed, or add a row.
How accurate are the fees?
They match the official fee pages as we read them on 4 October 2026, and the sheet agrees with the Resale IQ fee engine on every test case. They are estimates: promotions, categories and seller levels can change what you pay.
Does it count towards DAC7 for me?
It counts the sales you log, per platform and calendar year, against the 30 sales and EUR 2,000 limits. It cannot know about sales you did not log. This is information, not tax advice.
Does it work in my currency?
Yes. Each platform has its own currency in the Fees tab. The totals add up the numbers you type, so keep one currency per sheet or convert before you log.
