Pure arithmetic on the numbers you enter, in your own currency. It is a planning aid, not a forecast: your real sell rate and prices decide the outcome. Nothing is sent anywhere.

How the numbers are worked out

  • Cost per piece = (lot price + shipping to you) ÷ number of pieces.
  • Net per sale = average price − platform fee − shipping per sale − other cost per piece.
  • Profit = pieces that sell × net per sale − lot price − shipping to you.
  • Break-even = lot total ÷ net per sale, rounded up to whole pieces.

Lot and bale questions

How do I price a mixed lot or bale for reselling?

Divide the full cost (lot price plus shipping to you) by the piece count, then check how many pieces must sell at your usual price to cover it. If break-even needs most of the lot, the price is too high.

What sell rate should I use?

Use your own history for similar stock. If you have none, test a cautious figure and read the low end of the range: that is the case to be comfortable with before buying.

Which fees should I enter?

Enter the total percentage the platform takes on a sale. Check the current fee page of the platform you list on, and add payment fees if they apply.

Does it include unsellable pieces?

Yes, through the sell rate: pieces that do not sell still count in the cost per piece, because you paid for them.

Is anything stored or sent?

No. The maths runs in your browser and nothing you enter leaves the page.
