A 14-day free trial of the paid plans, as stated in the page FAQ. The Free plan stays available indefinitely while revenue for the financial year does not pass USD 50,000. Checked 8 Oct 2026 on the vendor's own page. The page has a Monthly and a Yearly switch. The first figure shown for each plan is the monthly price and the second is the price per month when billed annually; both are in the table. Prices are per organisation. Add-ons are not supported on the Free plan, except document autoscans.

Zoho Books is general business accounting, and most of the tax features on the page, such as 1099 filing and W-9 management, are written for the United States. For a reseller the plan ladder matters in two places. The Free plan has a revenue ceiling of USD 50,000 a year, so a growing seller will outgrow it. And the page lists the link to Etsy, eBay and Amazon only on the Elite plan at USD 150 a month, so a seller who wants imported marketplace sales should read the Elite row first. Everyone else would enter sales by hand or by another route. Resale IQ does not give accounting or tax advice; ask a qualified adviser how your resale income is treated where you live.
Who it is for, and who it is not for
Good fit: A US reseller running as a small business who wants invoices, bank feeds and reports, and who may start on the free plan while revenue stays under USD 50,000 a year.
