Vinted says the amount depends on the item, the order value and whether it is one item or a bundle, so 5% + €0.70 is the usual figure, not a fixed rate. Older pages and blogs call this fee “Buyer Protection fee”. On vinted.nl the price shown while browsing listings is already the total price, fee included: “De prijs die je ziet bij het bekijken van de advertenties is dus de totaalprijs”.

The buyer pays for shipping and picks the carrier at checkout. The seller gets a prepaid label and has 5 working days to ship, or the order is cancelled automatically.
