Plain arithmetic on the numbers you enter, in the platform's currency. It is a planning aid, not a forecast: buyers decide what they will pay. Nothing is sent anywhere.

How the numbers are worked out
Floor = lowest sale price where fees(price) + item cost + shipping you pay + target profit is covered (same fee engine as the fee calculator)
Next price = previous price × (1 − drop %), rounded to 0.50, never below the floor
Profit at a price = price − fees − item cost − shipping you pay
Bundle floor = lowest total where fees + items × cost + one parcel + items × target profit is covered
  • Floor = the lowest price at which profit after platform fees, item cost and shipping still reaches your target. It uses the same fee engine as our free fee calculator.
  • Drops start from your asking price, round to the nearest 0.50 and stop at the floor. The first drop lands after the interval you set minus the days already listed.
  • Bundle price = the lowest total for all the items that still reaches your target profit on each item, with one parcel to ship.
  • Message prices come from the plan: counter-offer = halfway between asking and floor, likers = the next scheduled price.

Offer and markdown questions

How do I work out the lowest offer to accept on Vinted?

Add your item cost, the shipping you pay and the profit you want. On Vinted private sellers are not charged a selling fee, so that total is your floor. On other platforms the planner adds the published platform fees on top.

How often should I drop the price of a listing?

There is no universal rule. The planner starts at 7 days and 10% as an adjustable planning default, not a benchmark. Set the rhythm that matches how fast your category moves.

Will the schedule ever go below my floor?

No. Every step is capped at the floor, and the last row shows the floor itself. If your asking price is already at or below it, the planner tells you there is no room to drop.

How is the bundle price worked out?

The items are costed together, you ship one parcel, and the planner finds the lowest total that still reaches your target profit on every item. The discount shown is measured against the items priced separately.

Is anything stored or sent?

No. The maths and the message templates run in your browser, and nothing you enter leaves the page.
