Price sample log
Every time the sample behind our prices changes, one row is added here: the date it went live, how many observed departures it holds (n) and what changed. Departures are listings we saw leave a public shelf; prices are the last asking price, never a sale price.
Refreshes, newest first

How to read it
n counts observed departures in the sample window, after removing duplicates. A listing can leave a shelf because it sold, but also because the seller removed it, so we never call a departure a sale. Where a page shows a figure, it carries the sample n and date beside it, and links here. Method, limits and who checks the numbers: methodology. When nothing changed in a period, no row is added: the newest row is the current state.
