Do sellers pay fees on Vinted?
No, not private sellers. Vinted's help page "Is selling on Vinted free?" says uploading and selling cost nothing for private sellers, and the fee at checkout belongs to the buyer. When your €20 item sells, €20 goes into your balance before any shipping you chose to pay.

Why a seller should care: the buyer compares your listing with the total they pay, not your number. The fixed part of the fee weighs most on cheap items.

How much do you keep on a €10, €25 and €60 sale?
You keep the sale price minus what you paid, minus packaging and any shipping you cover. In the standard flow the buyer pays shipping to the carrier at checkout and nothing is deducted from your payout for it.
The table uses invented purchase prices to show the sums. Substitute your own. If you offer free shipping and do not raise the price, the carrier cost comes straight off the last column.

Who pays for shipping on Vinted?
In the standard flow the buyer pays shipping at checkout and you print a prepaid label, so shipping is not deducted from your payout. If you offer free shipping or a discount, you cover that cost.
Free shipping is a pricing choice, not a fee. If the carrier costs you €4 and you raise the price by €4, the buyer sees free shipping and you lose nothing. Raise nothing and you lose €4 per sale. Carrier prices differ by country, parcel size and weight, so use the price shown on your label screen.
What else can come out of your payout?
Beyond the sums above, check three things in your own account. Optional promotion tools show a price before you pay and are never required to sell. Tax is your own responsibility.
