When Do You Get Paid on Vinted? Pending Balance to Bank

Vinted pays after the order completes, not when the parcel is delivered. The buyer has 2 days after delivery to confirm or report a problem, then the money moves from Pending to Available within 2 days. A bank withdrawal takes up to 5 business days. Pro seller orders complete after 14 days.

When does Vinted pay you for a sale?
Vinted's help page describes four stages. When the buyer pays, the money shows as Pending balance and you cannot use it. After the order is marked delivered, the buyer has 2 days to complete the order or submit a claim. Once the order is completed, you receive your payment within 2 days and it moves to Available balance.
An order is completed in one of two ways: the buyer presses Everything is OK, or 2 days pass after delivery without the buyer confirming or reporting an issue. If an issue is raised and then resolved, the order also completes.
How long does a Vinted withdrawal take to reach your bank?
Withdrawals can take up to 5 business days, counted Monday to Friday and excluding weekends and bank holidays. Vinted shows each withdrawal under Vinted Balance, History, with the amount, the start time, a partly hidden bank account and the date it arrived or should arrive.
Before you withdraw, Vinted asks you to set up biometric authentication, or to verify your phone number if your device does not support biometrics. It may also ask for an identity check before a withdrawal, which Vinted says is a mandatory requirement from its payment service provider.
Why is the money still pending after the item arrived?
Delivered is not completed. The buyer's 2 days run from delivery, and the order completes only when they confirm or the 2 days pass. If the buyer reports a problem, the order stays open until it is resolved, and Vinted says it may refund the buyer unless you both agree on a different resolution.

The order is completed but you cannot find the money: where is it?
Vinted says you have most likely already received it, and points you to your payment history. Two things to rule out. Earnings stored in your balance are used automatically for your next purchases on Vinted, and you see this at checkout. Or you already withdrew them: the payment history shows when, and when it should arrive.
Vinted Balance only stores earnings from sold items. You cannot top it up. If an item costs more than your available balance, you pay the rest another way.
Why did a Vinted withdrawal fail, and where did the money go?
When a withdrawal fails, the money does not leave your Vinted Balance. The UK help page lists the causes. The amount is below the minimum. The bank details do not match your Vinted Balance details. The account number is not exactly 8 digits or the sort code not exactly 6. The payment provider blocked the account number, or the account is already linked to another profile.
With Vinted Pay you can only withdraw to an account in your own name, and some banks run a name check (Confirmation of Payee) that can fail or block the transfer when the names differ. A started withdrawal cannot be cancelled. If it went to a closed or non-existent account, it is reverted to your Vinted Balance within 14 calendar days; if it went to an account that is not yours, it may be reverted within 15 business days.
What if the payment has not arrived after 5 business days?
Check your bank statement from the withdrawal date onward. The amount equals what you withdrew, and the reference can read Vinted, Vinted Pay, Adyen, Mangopay or Leetchi, among others. If nothing is there after 5 business days, log in, press Contact us at the end of the help page, give the date the withdrawal started and attach a statement showing all incoming payments since then.
The statement should show your full name as on your Vinted Balance, your account number, your bank's address and code, and the statement date. Vinted says you can hide unrelated details and amounts.
