Paste your sales sheet, see what you kept
Paste a CSV or rows copied from your spreadsheet. We read the columns and show what you kept on the sales whose cost is in the paste. No account, nothing saved.
Your text is sent to our server to be read and is not saved. No account is made. Prices in euro only: a row in another currency is skipped.
How the numbers are worked out
- Kept = sold price − cost, added up over the sales whose cost is in your paste.
- A sale with no cost is named, never counted as profit and never counted as a cost of 0. A 0 you type in the cost column is a cost of 0.
- Rows with an empty, unreadable or non-euro price are skipped and counted.
Questions about the sales sheet
What does the sheet need to look like?
A header row, then one sale per row. We match header words in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese, such as sold price, precio de venta, prix de vente, Verkaufspreis, prezzo di vendita or preço de venda. If no column reads as the price, we ask you which one.
Is anything saved?
No. The text is read on our server and dropped. To keep your sales and see your profit move as you add costs, save them to your Resale IQ ledger.
Why is a sale left out of the profit?
Because its cost is not in the paste. Counting it as a cost of 0 would overstate what you kept, so it is named and left out.
