Vinted profit and fee calculators: free options compared
Revendor's fee and profit-margin calculator is free and simple. Vintalyze folds profit into a French sales dashboard. Resale IQ's free tools include fee and profit calculators and add a buy-below for the item. A spreadsheet is free and flexible but manual.
On this page
A calculator turns what you paid and what you sell for into profit. The question to ask is whether it also tells you what to pay before you buy, since that is where most margin is made. Resale IQ makes this page and is one of the tools in it, so read it with that in mind. The tools are listed alphabetically, not ranked. Every fact about another tool was read from that vendor's own pages on 12 October 2026 and is linked below; we did not test any tool's accuracy, and “not listed” means we did not see it on the pages we read, not that the tool lacks it.
Fees are only half of it
Vinted charges private sellers no seller fee; the buyer pays a protection fee. That makes platform fees a small part of profit on Vinted. Shipping, condition and how long an item sits matter more.
A profit calculator works after you know the buy price. A buy-below works before. Using both is normal.
Which to pick
A quick fee and margin check with no setup: Revendor's free calculator or Resale IQ's free tools. A running profit log for a French seller: Vintalyze. Full control of the maths: a spreadsheet.
Resale IQ: who it suits
Resale IQ (ours) gives a BUY, WATCH or SKIP and a most-to-pay price (the buy-below) for one named model, from public listings plus listings seen leaving the shelf in Spain, France, Germany, Italy and Portugal.
Best for: Resellers who already found an item and want the most to pay for it in the five EU markets, in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian or Portuguese.
Less suited to: UK or US sellers, anyone who wants a country-by-country sales database, or seller-side automation such as relisting. It is a young product: the Chrome extension has very few installs and there are no independent reviews yet.

Revendor: who it suits
Revendor automates the seller side: auto-repost, a unified inbox, AI reply agents, stock and margin tracking, plus a free fee and profit-margin calculator.
Best for: Sellers who want to automate reposting and messages on their own closet, and anyone who just needs the free fee calculator.
Less suited to: Deciding what to buy.

Vintalyze: who it suits
Vintalyze is a French sales dashboard: sales sync, invoices, market analysis on comparable items and republishing to Leboncoin and Vestiaire Collective.
Best for: French sellers who also want bookkeeping, invoices and multi-platform republishing in one place.
Less suited to: Sourcing decisions in other markets: it is mainly a sales-management and admin tool.

Spreadsheet and your own Vinted searches: who it suits
Copy the asking prices of similar listings into a sheet and apply your own margin rule.
Best for: Occasional sellers checking a handful of items, and anyone who wants to understand the maths before paying for a tool.
Less suited to: Anything at volume, or when you need to know what actually left the shelf rather than what is still listed.
