- Type the brand and pick the item type. Either one is enough; both gives the narrower range.
- The range is where the middle half of similar Vinted asking prices sat last month, from our public Secondhand Price Index.
- The most to pay is the low end of that range, minus your shipping, minus the margin you pick. Vinted takes no selling fee from private sellers.
- If the brand or item type has fewer than 100 listings behind it, it is not used. With nothing left you see "Insufficient data" and no number.
Questions
Are these sale prices?
No. They are asking prices of similar Vinted listings that left the shelf. A listing can leave because it sold, or because the seller removed it. Condition, size and photos move the price you get.
Why the low end of the range?
The most to pay is worked from the low end of the middle range so the number does not lean on the best case. The page also shows the margin at the middle.
Why is there no Vinted fee in the sum?
Vinted charges private sellers no selling fee. The buyer pays a Buyer Protection fee on top of the price. Only the shipping you say you pay is taken off.
What does "Insufficient data" mean?
The brand and item type you gave have fewer than 100 listings each in last month's index, or neither is in it. You get no number rather than a guess.
