Inventory audit questions
How is "stale" decided?
There is no public time-on-market series for second-hand platforms, so we do not invent a typical selling time. You set the cut-off. Rows at twice the cut-off count as very stale.
Where does the typical asking range come from?
From our public Secondhand Price Index: monthly P25 to P75 of observed asking prices on Vinted markets, by brand and by category. These are asking prices of live listings, not sales. The CSV is free to download under CC BY 4.0.
Is my file uploaded?
No. Everything runs in your browser. The only request is for the public price index file.
What do the suggested actions mean?
Reprice: the price is high for its range, or the listing is stale; the suggestion is the top of the typical range, or 10% off. Bundle: cheap items are easier to move together. Relist or refresh: bring a very old listing back to the top. Crosslist: stale on one platform, try a second. They are prompts, not guarantees.
