- Paste or upload a sheet. A title and a price are the minimum; brand, size, colour, condition, quantity, cost, description and photo URLs are used when present.
- Fix what the checks flag. An error keeps a row out of that marketplace's file, a warning does not.
- Pick a marketplace, look at the fee preview, download the file.
Bulk listing questions
Is my sheet uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read and converted in your browser. Nothing is sent to our servers.
Which columns do I need?
A title and a price. Headers are matched in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese, in any order. Extra columns are ignored.
Why is there no Vinted upload file?
Vinted has no import for private sellers, so the Vinted option is a copy sheet with every field ready to paste. For eBay, Shopify and Whatnot you get a file you can upload.
What about photos?
Put public photo URLs in the photo column, separated by | or spaces. eBay, Shopify and Whatnot read the images from those links, so host them on your own site or an image host first.
Are the fee previews exact?
They apply the published fee schedule for each platform, for private sellers where that applies. Business accounts, categories, promoted listings and shipping can change the real figure, so read it as a preview.
