No. Resale IQ's buy-below has no fee factor. Vinted charges private sellers no selling fee in Spain, France, Germany, Italy and Portugal: you receive the full sale price. The percentage-based charge on Vinted's fee card is the buyer's Buyer Protection fee, added at checkout on top of the item price, so it never comes out of your payout. Buy-below is the typical asking price × 0.70.
The arithmetic is: start from the asking price, then apply your target margin. Resale IQ's buy-below is typical asking price × 0.70. There is no seller-fee step in the middle, because Vinted does not take one from private sellers.
What can still cost you money: optional paid promotion, the packaging you buy, the travel to source, and — if you resell on another platform — that platform's own commission, which differs by platform and changes. The free profit calculator on this site uses true Vinted arithmetic: sale price minus what you paid. Business accounts can differ, so check Vinted's own fee pages for your account type.
Buyer Protection and shipping are paid by the buyer on top of the item price. They are not deducted from your payout, so there is nothing to subtract for them on top of buy-below.
