If you sell only on Vinted, you do not need a shipping service: the label is generated inside Vinted. If you also ship eBay, Etsy or your own shop orders from the EU, read Sendcloud first: its pricing page shows a free plan at EUR 0 a month, discounted European carrier rates with no carrier contract, and shipping from eight countries. Packlink PRO charges no tool fee and imports eBay and Etsy orders or lets you key them in by hand. In the UK, Parcel2Go Smart Send is free to use and compares 30+ couriers. Parcel price still depends on the carrier, weight and size, so compare before you commit.

Sendcloud
Its pricing page shows a free plan at EUR 0 a month with discounted European carrier rates and no carrier contract, 70+ carriers on that plan, and shipping from Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK.
Who it's for: EU sellers who ship several parcels a week from an Etsy shop, their own shop or another connected sales channel and want labels, tracking and returns in one place.
Flaws to know about
- The free plan has 1 user and 2 integrations; paid plans add a per-label fee of EUR 0.07 to EUR 0.11 on top of the carrier rate.
- Built around webshops: the marketplace page we read lists Etsy, Amazon, Bol and others, not Vinted or eBay. Ask Sendcloud which channels it connects before you sign up.
- Shipping from countries outside its eight needs your own carrier contract.

Its own page says there is no fee: you pay only for what you ship. It lists over 30 carriers, imports orders from eBay, Etsy, Amazon and webshop platforms, and also takes shipments entered by hand.
Who it's for: Occasional to regular senders in Europe who want to compare carriers per parcel without a monthly plan.
Flaws to know about
- The page we read shows no per-parcel prices: you see the carrier price inside the tool.
- Vinted is not among the stores it lists importing from; manual entry is.

Parcel2Go Smart Send
Smart Send is free to use with no contracts or setup fees, compares 30+ couriers, and links eBay, Shopify or TikTok Shop or takes a spreadsheet. Its Vinted vs eBay page says prices start from GBP 1.99 excluding VAT.
Who it's for: UK-based sellers who post several parcels a week and want to compare couriers per parcel.
Flaws to know about
- A UK service with prices in GBP: check it covers your sending address before you rely on it.
- GBP 1.99 is a starting price excluding VAT; what you pay depends on the parcel's weight, size and courier.

What to skip
- Any shipping platform, if you only ship a few Vinted parcels a month. On Vinted France the label is generated inside Vinted (Vinted help), so a separate platform adds little. (source)
Do you need a shipping platform at all?
A platform pays off when you ship the same kind of parcel many times a week and print labels yourself. For a handful of parcels a month, the label your marketplace generates is enough.
Compare the carrier rate, not the plan
The plan fee or label fee is small next to the carrier rate on each parcel, so the carrier price decides your margin. Weigh the packed parcel, then compare rates for that weight and size in the shipping comparer before you choose a service.
Check the country and the channels
Sendcloud lists eight ship-from countries and webshop-style integrations, Packlink PRO lists eBay, Etsy and Amazon imports plus manual entry, and Parcel2Go is a UK service. Match the one that covers where you send from and where you sell.

Where the money goes on a parcel
Cost to you per parcel = carrier rate + label fee + packaging. Example with round numbers, not real prices: a EUR 5.00 carrier rate plus a EUR 0.10 label fee is EUR 5.10, so the label fee is 2% of the postage and a EUR 0.50 saving on the carrier rate matters five times more.

For EU sellers who ship from a webshop-style channel, Sendcloud's free plan and eight ship-from countries make it the first to read. For eBay and Etsy orders without a monthly plan, Packlink PRO charges no tool fee. For Vinted-only sellers, the label inside Vinted is enough.
